Raw Salad

I have always struggled to get myself to eat raw salads. I love salads but always with a roast vegetable or something cooked in it. But recently I have been enjoying raw salads and making them really interesting. 

What I enjoy is having something crunchy, something creamy, something acidic and and  loads of herbs.

Ingredients

Frilly lettuce

Purple cabbage

Cucumber

Grated beetroot

seaweed

mung bean sprouts

Avocado

Parsley

Fresh coriander (cilantro)

Sesame seeds

Toasted almonds

Soy sauce
